My bestie and I were looking for a new place for an oil change for our cars and we literally just stumbled upon them and it was destiny! Upon entry I already felt great energy! From the representative at the front (forgot his name but you were amazing), all the way to the end of the experience! I have a stinger and if you know about them, literally everything for that car is super expensive! So I already had in my mind that I was gonna be paying over $100 for my oil change because I’m used to $130 or in that range everywhere I’ve been going. However when he quoted me on my car I believe it was roughly $75-80 I was literally SHOOK 😳 I handed my keys over INSTANTLY! But wait there’s more so my bestie and i decided to take a stroll to the nearby plaza and while we’re out we get a very detailed digital report from them about the car and that was so top tier for me! Not a document with a bunch of words but pictures and breakdowns and estimates for repairs if any! I also needed some new tires because I wanted to take a road trip soon and they got me financed on the spot no hassle and now I’m getting new tires and timing belt and my car will be be road trip ready for my upcoming trip! Aft

Great, simple, quick service. New to the area and Didn't do anything crazy, just had a tire plugged, but was in and out maybe 15m. If I have other car troubles, I'd come back

This is the worst place to take your car. They only care about making money of you. I bought my car for $3000 6 years ago. I had an AC problem with the compressor. They charged me $201 for the diagnostic and give me a report with a bunch of issues with the AC totaling $3025 for parts and labor. Which is more than what I paid for the car 6 years ago. When I said no. He told me he will rent a car for me free of charge until my car is repaired. Which shows you how much they know they were gonna rips me off. I went and get the compressor for $275 new. The service kits for $7 and one more part for $110. I paid another shop $300to fix the car for me just for labor. Now my AC is working great. Cooling again. I spent under $1000. And save over $2000.

Took my Tesla here for an alignment, they did a great job. Car back running straight. Customer service was good. Everyone was nice and chill. My second time coming here. Both times good experiences. Good price. I’ll continue coming here!

I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They helped me choose the right set of tires for my vehicle without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The installation was fast, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Prices were fair and competitive. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Yohanna from start to finish. She provided great customer service over the phone, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my entire visit, she made sure I was informed about the process and the work being done on my vehicle. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really made my experience at C&M Tire Shop stress-free. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for great service and a smooth experience!
